1 min read

The walls close in, a suffocating hold, — A story in my heart, untold.

The walls close in, a suffocating hold,
A story in my heart, untold.
The laughter fades, a distant chime,
Lost to the endless march of time.
But something shifts, a fragile thread,
A thought of warmth within my head.
A knowing smile, a shared despair,
"We'll bear this burden, if you dare."
