I need people to understand what is happening right now. — Today I asked for help leaving the situation I am in.
I need people to understand what is happening right now.
Today I asked for help leaving the situation I am in.
I did not ask anyone to fix my life. I did not ask for someone to carry me. I asked for practical support that would allow me to become independent, find work, access resources, and remove myself from a situation where I do not feel I have the freedom to move forward.
The response I received was not support for creating a path out.
The support offered was support to remain exactly where I am.
That difference matters.
Someone can believe they are helping while still protecting the same situation that is causing harm.
Part of why I am documenting this journey is because I want the people involved to see the reality they refuse to acknowledge. When someone cannot recognize any harm they have caused, every attempt to explain it becomes dismissed, denied, or turned back onto the person asking for change.
So I am no longer trying to argue someone into understanding.
I am showing the reality.
I am showing what it looks like when someone asks for a practical way forward and instead is offered a way to stay dependent.
I am showing the struggle of trying to rebuild with limited resources, while still choosing to fight for independence.
This is not about revenge.
This is not about creating drama.
This is about accountability, freedom, and proving that a soul is capable of escaping and building a life outside of the cult-like religious environment that has kept me stuck.
I am going to keep documenting the process:
Finding resources.
Finding work.
Finding stability.
Finding myself again.
This is my attempt to move forward, peacefully.
